After a very long development period we've finally completed True Golden.  It is a very faithful digitized version of William Morris' Golden Type.

Golden originated as Morris' interpreation of Jenson's type from the late 15th century.  We weren't satisfied with other modern adaptations of the style so we have been working for over a year to develop a version of Golden which preserves as many of the characteristics of Morris' original design as possible.  True Golden is true to the original spacing and
weighting, preserves some of the more unusual character forms and even includes some of the decorative ornaments Morris designed to go with Golden.
